It's important to understand why honey bees swarm. During this two-hour class, we will discuss swarming and how to intervene before it happens. We will examine how to best split strong hives and learn how to requeen a hive if necessary. We will focus primarily on creating an Artificial Swarm and/or Walk Away Split.
